Chris Ayres has been a cabinet maker and furniture restorer for over thirty years. He is bench trained and has worked with or for established restorers of repute in Shropshire and elsewhere. He has been running his own business for over twenty years, working with trade, private collectors and the general public.

All pieces including antique clock cases are restored and conserved sympathetically, where experience and knowledge are combined to achieve a high standard. New pieces of all types are also made to order. One-off commisions and small batches are undertaken. Emphasis is on high quality workmanship, traditional materials and methods of construction. Work can be produced to a drawing or design. A design service is also available.
